Andrew Sprague

Andrew is a United States Marine Corps veteran, homeschool dad, soccer athlete and coach, and outdoor enthusiast. Andrew and his wife live in Oxford, Maine, where they homeschool their two daughters. Andrew leads the Boosters Soccer Rec League for Oxford County and is the Vice President for Oxford County Soccer Club.

When he is not coaching or playing soccer, Andrew enjoys fishing, hunting, paddle boarding, swimming, and snowboarding. Andrew brings a wealth of diverse experience in farming and skilled trades and is excited to apply his background to teaching youth hands-on skills that will stay with them for a lifetime.

Millie Barnard

Millie Barnard is a creative educator with a passion for helping children and teens learn through hands-on exploration, movement, and meaningful connection. With over a decade of experience working with children through music, yoga, creative arts, and karate, she loves creating warm, welcoming environments where students feel encouraged to experiment, express themselves, and grow in confidence.

Her classes are rooted in creativity, curiosity, and process-based learning, with an emphasis on slowing down, trying new things, and making space for individuality. Millie enjoys blending artistic exploration with mindfulness, play, and community, helping students build both creative skills and confidence in themselves.

Outside of teaching, Millie enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, gardening, music, journaling, creative projects, and finding beauty in everyday moments.

Savannah Martin

Savannah is a dedicated educator, wellness professional, and homeschooling mother who passionate about fostering a lifelong love of learning through movement and exploration. With professional backgrounds as both a yoga teacher and a massage therapist, Savannah integrates an understanding of anatomy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness into her teaching style.

Her educational philosophy centers on meeting children where they are, using nature and physical movement as foundational tools for growth and discovery. Safe, encouraging, and deeply collaborative, Savannah’s classes invite students to explore the world around them with curiosity and confidence.

Lou Falank

Lou has been a registered Maine Guide with a recreation endorsement since 2006 and is proud to have taught outdoor skills in a variety of program settings, including summer camps and schools; working with both youth and adults.

Lou loves helping people build confidence and skills in the outdoors and general life skills. In his free time, you can find Lou outside enjoying nature and his homestead with his family.
